  1. Turn main power to the module off. There are generational differences in the heating and power switches. Disconnect module form water and power supplies

  2. Using the 2.5mm hex wrench or #2 phillips driver (newer modules will have phillips screws), remove the 6 screws that fasten the top panel, then remove the top panel.

  3. Locate the copper tube connecting both boilers. Loosen the brass nuts that hold it in place using a 17mm wrench. Remove the copper tube.

    • Loosen the brass nuts that hold it in place using a 17mm wrench.

    • Remove the copper tube.

  4. Insert a 1/4" tube into the fitting on top of the first boiler, and siphon water into a container large enough to hold at least one liter.
    • Insert a 1/4" tube into the fitting on top of the first boiler, and siphon water into a container large enough to hold at least one liter.

    • Repeat this process for the second boiler.

  5. Replace the copper tube that was previously removed. Tighten both brass nuts that hold the copper tube in place.

  6. Replace the top panel and the 8 screws that hold it in place.
    • Replace the top panel and the 8 screws that hold it in place.
