  1. Check individual heat zones by  selecting manual temperature mode.  To access this feature press:  Settings (screwdriver  and wrench),  Settings again, advanced, page 2. Save and exit back to the home screen and go through each heating group to ensure it is maintaining a temperature close to the set value.

  2. Check volume output by running the calibration feature and measuring the output from the tap.     • If after several attempts to calibrate, the volume is still off, a new three way may need to be installed to ensure valve is opening and closing appropriately.

  4. Ensure that drain line is properly sloped and free of obstructions.  Also check tap teflon tubing for kinks or valleys.

  5. Test flowmeter resistance.  Ensure that resistance is between 1.8 and 2.2 kΩ.

    • Power must be off or red quick disconnects must be removed to ensure there is no power getting to the flowmeter during resistance test.

  6. Make sure to unplug the module before checking the power switch! Check the that both sets of power blocks are tight. Check to make sure that the switch is tightly fastened to the front panel of the module by checking the screw at the top and the bottom of the switch.
