  1. Turn on your scale, and tare your brewing vessel.

    • Place vessel underneath pour over tap.

  2. On the module, select the calibration profile in the profile settings menu.  Assign the calibration profile to either the right or left button then proceed to the home screen. Press the corresponding button and allow the profile to run till completion.  This will be after five pulses bringing the ml count to approximately 500ml.

  3. Weigh the volume of the dispensed water in grams. Subtract the weight of water dispensed from the volume readout on the module display.

    • Divide this number by 5, for the 5 pulses.

    • For example, if the display reads 500ml and the weight was 480ml, the difference is 20ml(500-480). 20ml/5 = 4ml. We will then add 4ml from the line volume setting.

    • If the display were to read 500ml and the weight was 520, we would have a difference of -20ml(500-520). -20ml/5 = -4ml. We would then subtract 4ml from the line volume setting.

  4. To adjust the line volume setting: From the home screen, back out to the main menu, press the Unit Settings button (wrench and screwdriver) Press the advanced button.
    • To adjust the line volume setting:

    • From the home screen, back out to the main menu, press the Unit Settings button (wrench and screwdriver)

    • Press the advanced button.

    • Press the line volume value, and use the encoder wheel and/or up and down on the pad to adjust the line volume setting from the previous step.

    • For example, if Line Vol was set to 14, and our result was 4ml, we would adjust the value to 18ml.

  5. Empty and tare your container.
    • Empty and tare your container.

    • Place container under tap and press the button that we assigned the calibration cycle on.

    • When finished, verify that the weight matches the readout on the front of the module.

    • If calibrated correctly, this weight should be within 2% of the final volume.
