Tighten Power Switch

  1. Turn the power off to the module. Unplug the module from the power source, to avoid electric shock.
    • Turn the power off to the module.

    • Remove the 8 screws that hold the top panel in place, and remove the top panel.

  2. Examine the power switch terminal blocks for any sign of looseness, as shown in the photo. To tighten the screw that holds these blocks together, it may be necessary to bend the pressure relief valve housing out of the way, as shown in the second two photos.   3. Locate the terminal block mounting screw, on the back of the block furthest away from the switch. Using a flat screw driver, tighten this screw. Locate the terminal block mounting screw, on the back of the block furthest away from the switch. Using a flat screw driver, tighten this screw.

  4. Ensure that both screws holding the power switch bracket to the front panel are tight. These screws can be tightened using a flat screwdriver. The side panel will need to be removed to access the bottom screw. Replace all panels, and connect the module's power cord to the power supply.

    • Replace all panels, and connect the module's power cord to the power supply.
